We are open most Saturday mornings 8:00 – 12:00. Please call
first if you would like to stop in on a Saturday.
All parts listed in the catalog are new unless stated. We attempt
to stock all the parts listed, however supplies vary and this is
not always possible. If you can't find an item listed please inquire
as we have some used and NOS parts.
Tee-Bird Products, Inc. is an official Ford Restoration Parts
licensee. The parts we have reproduced that have a Ford Motor Company
trademark have been submitted to Ford for approval and carry a sticker
showing it to be an Official Licensed Product of Ford Motor Company.
This assures you the part meets Ford quality standards.

Payment- We accept Visa, MasterCard or Discover
credit cards. We can also ship COD to addresses in the US. Payment
of COD orders must be by money order or certified check. Mail orders
accompanied by a check may be held until the check clears.
Shipping charges- We ship most orders by UPS or
FedEx ground service. Foreign orders will be sent via air parcel
post if possible otherwise by air freight. Other shipping methods
such as Next Day Air or Second Day Air may be upon request. Extra
shipping charges will apply to air shipments. We charge exact shipping
charges plus a small handling charge. Our handling charge is currently
$1.50 per package for regular deliveries; $3.00 per package for
air shipments within the US; $3.00 for Canadian orders and $5.00
for foreign orders. If you submit an order with payment please include
10% for shipping ($6.50 minimum shipping charge). Please supply
us with both your mailing address and street address for delivery
along with a daytime telephone number.
Returns and Guarantee- All parts are guaranteed
to be new and to work unless otherwise stated. If you are not satisfied
with a part for any reason, please return it to us, prepaid, in
good condition, within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Returns
after 30 days may be subject to a 20% service charge unless being
used as credit towards future purchases. All returns must be accompanied
by a copy of the invoice. If it should be necessary to return a
part because of our error your return shipping charges will be refunded.
All returns must be shipped prepaid. We will not accept returns
sent COD.
Damaged Merchandise and Shortages- We cannot be
responsible for damage caused in transit. If your order arrives
damaged please contact the delivering carrier to file a claim. All
shortages must be reported to us within 10 days.
The seller, Tee-Bird Products, Inc., expressly disclaims all warranties,
either expressed or implied, including any implied warranty, merchantability
or fitness for a particular purpose, and the seller neither assumes
nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in
connection with the sale of this merchandise.
